South Park Commons (SPC) exists to help the world's most talented technologists discover and build their life's work. A decade of guiding founders from -1 to 0 has brought SPC to $2.75 B in assets under management and, more importantly, a 1,500-member community of the most talented founders, researchers, and technologists in the world.
SPC asks founders to build with frontier tools. It holds itself to the same standard. That is why SPC selected Hanover Park as the firm's AI-native fund administrator, running the entire stack from LP onboarding through to the distribution back. Everything in between sits on the same ledger: the calls, the wires, the valuations, the bills, the management fees, the K-1s and the audit file.
Agentic Work Before Accounting Looks
Final close for deal documents and vendor invoices used to be PDFs and excel files, a finance team had to open, read and key into a spreadsheet. At SPC, when a closing set lands, Hanover Park's agents parse it, book the investment and update the company's profile alongside every prior round. Alongside the deal work, the agents handle the daily workflows, turning emailed vendor invoices into payment requests with the coding already filled in. Bank transactions arrive from SPC's connected accounts with a suggested booking attached, and Hanover Park's accounting team checks the entries, so what reaches SPC is completed work to review and approve.
Capital Calls the Same Afternoon
When SPC needs to call capital, their finance team enters the call percent, the due date and any other additional information in plain English on Hanover Park’s platform. Hanover Park's agents use these guidelines to draft the notice off the books with every LP's share already worked out, and its accounting team clears the call before anything goes out. The call now lands in the LP's inbox inside a day of being set up, and nobody at SPC has to build a spreadsheet to get it there.
The Books as a Tool, Not a Report
Siddhant Jain Jaiswal, VP of Finance, builds his own models on SPC's AI stack: fund pacing, portfolio valuations, performance metrics to name a few workflows. Those models used to live apart from the official books. Now they reconcile against them. Hanover Park's MCP server exposes the fund's books to his AI assistant as read-only tools, so a live read of gross and net metrics by fund is a question he asks, not a request he files. He pulls it himself and sends it to the GPs, any day of the quarter.
Closing the Quarter
Most of the work is already done by the time the quarter ends, because it happened as the documents arrived, so the close is a review. Quarterly reporting reached LPs 38 days after quarter end in the second quarter of 2026, against 57 the quarter before. Hanover Park uses AI agents to speed up quarterly reporting, but the sign-offs haven’t moved. Nothing closes without two sets of eyes: Hanover Park’s accounting team reviews each report, and SPC finance approves it as part of the financial statement close process.
“As the CFO's role moves up the stack toward strategic initiatives, Hanover Park's AI-native software, backed by a technically strong, reliable fund accounting team, is doing more of the heavy lift on tactical reporting. Execution moves, ownership doesn't.” - Siddhant Jain Jaiswal, VP of Finance, South Park Commons
What an AI-Native Finance Function Runs On
In five years, nobody will describe a fund administrator as "AI-native." It will just be what fund administration means, the way nobody says "cloud-based" anymore. The question for every CFO is whether they made the switch while it was still a choice or after it became a requirement.
SPC chose early because it fit how the firm already operates. SPC runs its own workflows on frontier models: sourcing, portfolio tracking, LP reporting, internal ops. Fund admin was the last piece of the stack still living in email threads and spreadsheets. Hanover Park closes that gap with a system of record built for agents to read and accountants to verify.
“As a fund, we focus on investing in people and businesses that are working on frontier areas of technology. We are better investors and operate more efficiently when we leverage tools and vendors that live on the frontier themselves. Hanover Park has led the way here.” - Finn Meeks, General Partner, South Park Commons
